Brent Leekley, Network Architect (CCIE #24221)
Brent Leekley is a CCIE #24221 network architect and Regional Principal Solutions Architect at Trace3 Government, based in Castle Rock, Colorado. He designs and automates enterprise networks across campus, data center, wireless, and WAN, with deep expertise in Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, ISE, SD-Access, SD-WAN), VXLAN-EVPN, Palo Alto, Pure Storage, and NVIDIA AI infrastructure. A U.S. Navy veteran, he writes Python automation (Netmiko, PyATS, Batfish, Ansible, Cisco Modeling Labs) that turns network designs into zero-downtime deployments.
What Brent does
Multi-vendor network architecture and automation. He designs the system first, then wraps it in code so it deploys clean and stays that way. Recent work includes a statewide 70-site Cisco Catalyst refresh delivered as a zero-downtime automation pipeline, and an AI-augmented pre-sales practice built around a repeatable engagement lifecycle.
